Do you have the time to plan?

A lot of people I come across say they just don't have the time to plan their business.

Not even one day?

As i've said before, a business plan should only be around 20 pages and answer the following questions:

- what problem are you solving with your products?
- is there enough demand?
- can you make a decent profit?
- why will people buy from you and no-one else?

Answer these questions positively and you have a viable business.

Now go and plan some more.
